Digital Painting

The most recent medium I have begun to study, and I like it, I like it a lot….. Artist like Matisse and Picasso worked on a painting for a full day only to have the canvass be scrubbed white again to start fresh on the same work the following day. They didn’t have the canvass cleaned because they made mistakes, the work it self was photographed first so that the transformation of the work could be observed. That is the beauty of working in digital medium; the process of creating artwork can be so easily documented. There will be documentation of my progress as I begin to spend a great deal of time studying this medium with my final goal being 3D animation. Check out my movies of the painting process. |
